"Great location if you want to be in Gesäuse itself. Great breakfast and dinner. I loved the daily post too though it’s written in GermanWonderful sauna. Staff were very kind and helpful."

"There was this one server who was very helpful Through all the times. However, the housekeeping and room cleaning was not paid attention. We had specifically requested for change of towels after 2 days. And to clean the garbage cans, both at the reception and the room cleaning lady. But it wasn't done. Which was disappointing to use soiled towels for the 3/4 th day"

"This is a good hotel, but a bit dated. Could use some renovations to make it more attractive. The hotel is set up on the hill and has nice park for the kids. Breakfast was great, plenty of food choices. The room was ok, there are no outlets by the beds so a bit strange. This hotel has potential if they update it."
