If you are Sharing a room with other people there is no privacy from the bathroom. Do not bother getting a partial ocean view, definitely not worth it. The staff are not friendly. We moved resorts.

This property is starting to become dated. The noise levels are untolerable. Drunk people screaming at all hours. Although they say the Santa Fe is for the parties the people at this resort were very disrespectful. When I would advise the staff at the RIU they said there was nothing they could do. ...
