Vivian the front manager is an amazing manager and goes the extra mile to help clients and is always smiling and happy to help. The staff are well trained and the security is excellent. "I had high expectations for this hotel. Based on the review, I expected professionalism and comfort. After paying online (EVERYTHING), I had issues at checkout. Even though I had proof of payment of my stay through Hotels.com, the agent at reception still asked me to pay for additional taxes. I mentioned to him that I paid for it online while showing him the receipt. He insisted that I should pay an additional $7 in USD to cover for city taxes.
