"Great hotel; property is new and in very good condition. Conveniently located a few minutes walk to the bus station. Was a great choice for me as I was only stopping in El Calafate for Perito Moreno Glacier. It is a bit of a walk to the main part of town, about 20 minutes, which I didn’t mind as I like to get out and walk and the weather was nice enough to do so. If you’re staying longer in El Calafate and don’t have a car or the weather isn’t great you might want to stay closer to the main town center. But otherwise it was a great place to spend two nights. Room was simple but had a mini fridge and the bathroom had a wonderful shower with plenty of hot water and good water pressure. Breakfast was simple but also good; the lady who made the eggs each morning cooked them perfectly! I think a tea kettle in the room for tea/coffee and maybe a small fan to circulate air would be nice. Overall a solid property! "

"This was the most lovely hotel we have probably stayed in. The staff was incredibly friendly and kind; they arranged for an early check-in for us on short notice, provided lots of information about the El Calafate area, and arranged for a very early airport pick up for us. Highly recommend staying here!"

"The building is extremely old and dated. Old carpets in rooms. Expected more modern amenities for the price an pictures."
