"Unknown reason the fire alarm went off in middle of bight both nights which is not pleasant nor restful to have a loud jolt to wake you up and then once off hard to go back to bed. "

Staff was great about booking a return to Zico and then canceling it when plans changed. Left an item for pickup from front desk at checkout - went smoothly."

"If you plan to reserve two rooms, don't do it with Expedia. I wanted two rooms together and I could not get them because the hotel just said it was a third party transaction. Granted though both reservations were flawless and with an excellent reception and treatment. Breakfast is good, but just for one day. It's a repeat the following morning. Not attractive. Staff is great though. Oh, and the free drinks on your stay is a GREAT treat for guests."

"I checked in, went to my room and immediately left and found other accommodations. Although the accommodations were fine and the staff was friendly enough, personal safety was a HUGE concern - especially for someone travelling alone. Driving through the parking lot, there were cars that appeared to have people living in them. Within the lobby, next to the check-in desk were large signs pertaining to stopping human trafficking. "
