"The pictures looked great, the rooms did not match the pictures. One room was pretty musty and dark. The room we stayed in had no hot water in the shower and it took 3 days to fix. They offered to change the room but that room had steep stairs to get to single bedroom down stairs and we had paid for a two bedroom. They should have made sure the shower worked before we arrived. "The main areas of this hotel are very cute - a courtyard with a pool, a rooftop terrace... But our room was dark and run down. The room windows mostly seem to open to a open air column so no sunlight could come in and you can clearly hear other guests in their rooms. The bathroom, although clean, needs upgrades. However, staff were kind and helpful. The best thing about this hotel is the location!"
