"The people who owns this place is so unprofessional and rude. I was denied my stay @ this place which was fully paid in advance just because i didn't enter the correct number of guest. I was miles away from the city of lima to just found out i didn't have a place to stay with my family. I do not recommend this place at all."

"Booking. We booked a week before. We couldn't get the full address from the 'management company'. It states unnamed, Paracas, Peru. The address they gave is not a street address. Luckily for us we stay in Paracas every year so kind of knew we re it was located. The 'management company' seems to do everything through Wahtsapp, as I don't use this, they were 'unable to communicate with me' that's what they said. "Stay was amazing, Carlos did everything possible to make our stay as special as possible. He gave us his binoculars to use on our boat tour and organised the tour of the national park for us. He definitely went above and beyond what we expected. The breakfast on the rooftop was amazing, perfect start to the day. No ask was too much trouble and the staff were super friendly alongside Carlos. We left our bags in the hotel after we’d checked out so we could go in our boat tour and come back after lunch and again, this was no problem at all. Carlos and the team were genuinely fantastic and I would recommend this hotel to any that wanted to visit Paracas!"

"Nice, quiet, peaceful hotel. Andreina was so patient and helpful when I realized I'd made a mistake in my reservation, and Helen took good care of us as well. Both were patient with our very limited Spanish. It's perfect if you want a simple, peaceful place with friendly service."
