There were no staff at the office when I arrived for check-in around 8pm. Telephone calls went to answering machine. I had to wait outside about 20 minutes for someone to show up so I could check-in. I specifically booked a non-smoking room over a smoking room, and yet when I went in to my assigned room, it was a smoking room. A/C worked great, and room was clean.

It was a mess! All the fixtures were loose. The walls were nasty and had holes. Worst experience ever! They should be embarrassed to give out those rooms for money!

I rented 3 rooms. My room was well cleaned. Thank you. Room 109 had a blood stain on the door and on the lamp shade. We showed a foto of the stains to the staff. I had dread about the stains in one review. They need to paint over the stain and change the shade.

Unsafe , uncomfortable.
It was with out a doubt the most unsafe environment the rooms made me feel unsafe with no locks on the doors and no control over its homeless population I did not rest not one bit. Horrible days inn just horrible

I have stayed here many times in the past. On this visit, the computer system was down when I arrived. The woman at the counter was very gracious and finally manually entered my reservation and got me into my room. The room lighting when I walked in the door was anemic. That night the TV did not work. The light over the bathroom sink was also anemic and blinking. The faucet in the bathroom was wobbly and not attached properly to the sink. At checkout, the front desk gentlemen was not friendly- possessed no customer service skills. I tried to explain the room deficiencies. When he saw that I was seriously wanting him to make note of this, he finally picked up a pad and started writing. I told him that I expected better from Days Inn/Wyndham.
