We found a bed bug crawling on my sister, front desk was not helpful, even when I put the bug in a baggie and took it to the front desk. They did not re-imburse me for our inconvenience of not only leaving our room as soon as we found the bug so late at night, but having to throw away our luggage and clothing. I would not recommend staying there, took the manager 3 days to finally contact me.

Waited 30 mins to check in. Front desk asked for my credit card and charged my card after I had told them that I had prepaid my reservation through Expedia. The whole place is very clean and the clerks are very nice. I felt very comfortable in the room. I didn’t like that some of the channels on the tv had no sound. I could hear the commercials but not the program.

It was a comfortable stay. Clean, although, first coming into the room, it smelled like armpits. I didn't complain, ai just let the room air out. I always bring air freshener too. I also wipe down anything I use.
