"Rules against any food in your room and not allowed to use the breakfasts area to bring food in (pizza). Tour groups get breakfast 30 minutes earlier than guests. Bananas and oranges were cut in pieces but would not give a banana to go. No toiletries. Thin walls and Very loud."

"We could not have stayed in a nicer place. Fabulous new apartment with amazing views complemented by nice touches, like home-made yoghurt and scrumptious cake in the breakfast selection. Staff speak good English, are always available, and are very helpful. I cannot recommend Panorama highly enough."

"A functional stay. Beds were not comfortable and room felt untidy and soulless. The corridor smelt of cigarettes and it was quite noisy. On the plus side, staff were friendly and the breakfast was fairly decent. Good location only 5 minutes from centre of El Chalten"

"Poor staff attitudes, Far from welcomjng and not keen at all on helping, we found reception and also breakfast staff rather unhelpful. We had free drinks per day with our booking yet was not told about them when checked in. When we queried it they were very evasive like it was a problem. We got them but it wasnt a welcoming experience. Had dinner at the hotel one night, average and again not the best service. For the quality and price of the hotel I would have expected far kinder and nicer service from the staff. Disappointing "

"The location was great and the vibe was mountain chic, with comfy common areas and even heated floors in our room. We were only there for one night, so can’t really say much more. It’s a very tourist/trekker friendly town, so prices are higher and this hostel followed suit. For a short stay, it was lovely but pricey."
