"Fantastic stay, good food and atmosphere but terrible wifi, no body help with our luggage, they did not give as a package regarding access to what we had. The staff at the front just give us a key and told as the room #. No elevators and we had to drag our suitcases 3 - 6 stairs down and then up ..."
