"The gentleman helping me on the front desk was not very helpful at all. The room is not very clean. The bathroom had hair all over the floor and in the bathtub. The bathtub had a hole in the side of it that had been patched with some sort of something. The next morning I went for breakfast there was no milk. The cereal was stale. There was no butter. The bread was old. There was no yogurt. The lobby is filthy."
