For a higher-tier resort, I expected better comfort. The mattresses were very firm, and the small pillows weren’t comfortable to sleep on. Another thing I noticed is that upon arrival, there weren’t basic amenities you usually expect, like bottled water or coffee in the room. Overall, it’s a good hotel with great service and location, but they need to improve the drink quality, expand the menu options, and pay more attention to comfort and accuracy in their listings. Some of the restaurants listed are actually offsite, and a few of the photos online don’t match the real setup, like Cilantros, which is enclosed rather than open-air as shown. "
