"The resort is beautiful, just like the pictures. Rooms are lovely and all have a boho vibe down to whether you can opt to wash towels/bedding to be more eco friendly. We didn’t have a bad meal, all the restaurants are great and the daily buffet whilst largely the same also had lots of new additions! Everything you need on site, loadsof excursions and activities to entertain but you can go off to quieter areas or put up a red flag if you don’t want to be disturbed all day "

"My husband and I stayed Casa Cook El Gouna to celebrate our anniversary. This was our first holiday without our kids and honestly had an incredible experience! The decor at Casa Cook is beautiful. You can tell every aspect’s been well thought about! The room was wonderful, clean, and perfect to celebrate our anniversary. High quality rooms and high quality service. The staff here were incredibly helpful and honestly one of the best we’ve ever had the privileged to come across. Special mentions to Gamil and Hussen who were incredible. They were so kind, friendly and extremely helpful. Thank you again for an amazing trip! You made us fall in love with El Gouna ♥️"

"I recommend this hotel very much. Very friendly staff. Very clean rooms and a lots of technology in the rooms. The bar tender at the swimming pool (Bassem ) was very nice. And the life guards were very awesome ( Khalil) was very helpful and very friendly."

"The hotel facilities are great, we really enjoyed and our children too! The breakfast buffet has everything you need to start the day. The pool is not very big but it’s nice and the pool bar is really good too serving both drinks and food as well! There’s a small boat to go to Zaytona beach which while not great, it’s good enough. Based on this hotel it’s easy to go Sahl Hasheesh or Soma Bay for a day trip and enjoy everything the Red Sea has to offer. For a family it is very safe for the children to explore and have fun so the parents can also enjoy. El Gouna town is a short walk and had many shops and restaurants where very kind and nice people awaits your visit. Would recommend 100%"
