"I reserved a classic room. upon arrival i was brought to a room in deplorable condition. i was walked to the back of the property past many other rooms/spaces, stone path broken up and dangerous, room just haf a bed, walls dirty. dim, bathroom was BEYOND a health.violation, paint peeling all over, tub was leaky amd gross, shower head had mold/algae. I immediately returned to the front desk and made them aware of the issue. i asked for another room, they did not have one for the same price, but...
