"The food was great, always keeping the floors dry, AC worked very well, and customer service was good. Many employees did not speak English, mold in my shower, stairs and ramp in shower and pool slippery, and men could not be sleeveless, but women could."

"We were terribly disappointed with communications with the property. The internet site says that a door code is sent 24 hours before checkin but on the morning of our arrival we still had not received a code. We tried for 3 hours whatsapp and calling direct but no repsonse. As we were looking at a 2.5 hour bus trip from Panama city to the hotel we were anxious to make contact and get a code. As we had booked thru Expedia we turned to them and they also were unable to contact the hotel from 8:00 till 11:00. So by 11:00 we were completly frustrated and as we were writing a letter to cancel and them book elsewhere the hotel finally responded. Very frustating for 70 year old travellers to be unable to commuicate with a hotel during normal business hours."
