"Hotel has great facilities, but it has poor cleanness. we found, at least, 30 bugs inside our apartment. We had to remove the bugs several times as they coming out from somewhere we could not find. In addition, closest and other places in the rooms where not clean and smelly. We report the issues at check out as we checked in late afternoon, were going to stay for one night, and did not want to have other people coming into our apartment to clean."

"Can’t drop off bags at the hotel as the entrance is not what is shown in the pictures but it is located on a beautiful very small pedestrian-only street. Lovely place in a beautiful part of the old city, but you will have to drag your bags a few blocks after you park nearby. "
