"This is such a beautiful Riad. The staff took very good care of us. The beds were softer than some other Riads we stayed in. The breakfast was good. Our room was clean and spacious (we stayed in the peacock room/honeymoon suite). It's a little difficult to find, like many riads in the old medinas of Moroccan cities but the staff helped us out."

"Expedia rates this Riad as "impressive". Well, they're many impressive riads in Fez, but this is not one. The building is nice and could be a wonderful riad, but it's poorly managed and maintained with a result far worse than in pictures. It's definitely not a 4 starts hotel, as pretended, rather a B&B. Two people take turns 24 hours, sleeping in the sofas. They do their best, but this is not the kind of service one can expect. Breakfast is correct, not excellent. The rooms in the upper floor...
