"Lovely historic hotel with a sweet & helpful staff. We would stay here again. The location is great, with many nice restaurants in walking distance. Also nearby is the El Paso Museum of Art, which is well worth checking out."

"This motel was an absolute disappointment on every level. The room was not clean. There were stains on the top bed cover and the pillow case and the floor. . There were hairs in the sink on arrival and a musty odor in the halls. We assume that smell was from the filthy, green swamp in the swimming pool. The staff was uncaring and blamed the dirty room on "remodeling".... Ummm no. Avoid this place."

"Angela upfront at the reception area was absolutely hands-down, caring, professional, and made me feel so incredibly welcome! Going through a difficult time with my mother, she understood and assisted me in every way possible. The room was excellent and felt safe having my car in their parking lot. It’s my preferred place to stay when in El Paso. "

"Clean Room, Water temperature for shower was not very hot. The room walls have very little noise insulation as I could hear everything, All Conversations and noise. The walk over to the casino was a little too much, if it could be connected somehow in the future that would be better. For that reason I didn’t stay too late in the casino. "
