There was a screaming child in the room next to ours. We requested to be moved to a different room. We were moved to 2 different rooms on the 5th floor and the rooms and hallway smelled damp and dingy. The rooms were significantly humid and the bedding was damp. We decided we would deal with the screaming baby. We didn’t get much rest.

Habitación muy confortable, todo lo necesario para descansar, aunque la gente de limpieza no es tan detallista habiendo por ahí basuritas. En cuanto a la atención del personal, relativamente decente ya que no te avisan que el servicio de Shuttle (el que puedes tomar para ir a un lugar distinto del aeropuerto) culmina a las 8 P.M. aunque en mostrador tengan un cartel que dice que es 24 horas al Servicio. El desayuno regular, poca variedad en el menú (nada distinto a los huevos, Pancakes y avena). El personal en restaurant sólo te toma atención si los llamas y -en una sola ocasión- solo al principio para ordenar, de lo contrario jamás se te acercarán para saber que necesitas o si requieres algo más. Hay margen de mejora, sin embargo es un buen Hotel, bien ubicado, agradable y un precio moderado
