The Palace Inn was fine for a night. Pros: pretty quiet and clean. Cons: overwhelming air freshener smell (if you are sensitive, heads up), and the first room we were put in the sheets needed more of a rinse - they still smelled strongly of bleach. The staff also aren’t particularly customer service oriented, although I’m guessing that could be a management problem more than a staff problem. Finally, the breakfast is pretty pathetic. Even an hour before it ends lots of stuff is out and the selection isn’t great to begin with. Summary: If you need a quiet and clean place to crash for the night it’ll do fine but I wouldn’t stay here expecting much more.
