"Breakfast was ok. Pancake machine was cool.
The room we were in had just been painted, however it was finished very poorly. The fixtures had not been taped off so there was over spray on the toilet paper dispenser as well as on the door jambs. The caulking on the bathroom floor next to the tub was applied very badly and was stark shiny white so it looked even worse. The caulking on the vanity sink was also very badly done. It was also that shiny stark white color even though the vanity was browns and blacks. The remodel just looked like a hurried job by someone who didn’t care.
The floor in the room was laminate wood, which was nice, but apparently had not been mopped after the remodel. Our feet were filthy just by walking to and from the bathroom. Overall I think the person doing the remodel did a poor job.
We could hear every noise from the hallway and other rooms as though the noise was in our room. No sound barriers at all.
That being said: the bed was comfortable and clean. The shower was good however shower curtains are terrible. I wish hotels would install glass doors instead of using curtains. The TV worked well and the room had no smoke or animal smells. The staff was very pleasant and knowledgeable. It was extremely nice to have hot soup provided in the evening, especially since it was snowy and cold outside. "
"Once in a lifetime Wanted to stay here because we love La Posada in Winslow, Arizona and this hotel is owned by the same people. But it is not of the same quality very much liked the history of the hotel and the town of Las Vegas. Bathroom was very clean. The bedding was very clean. The rest of the room is not carpets soiled draperies very dusty furniture quite beat up, but if you want to stay in an historical hotel, give it a try restaurant just okay."
"Parking was out front. No issues throughout the night, surprisingly quiet.
Unfortunately, the couch had a nasty mark on it. Pillow had a stain and so did one part of the duvet. It was clean but stained."
"They said they had breakfast no breakfast. They said they had coffee in the room no coffee, no hairdryer in the room. The bed was lumpy and awful. Will never stay there again. Wasn’t the cleanest either had a foul order. If I hadn’t already prepaid, I would demand my money back, but it said no money back. "
