"Absolutely amazing! We've stayed in 3 different hotels before this one while traveling Spain and this was by far our favorite for the beauty and uniqueness of it. Book the Ulysses Grant room, it is beyond worth it! The views were spectacular and the room is so trendy and comfortable!"
"Too far from centre to walk & parking was difficult in the town though easy at the hotel. Pool was fabulous - fresh, clean, huge. Good options for breakfast & nice breads. Comfy room - bright & modern overlooking pool."
"Great hotel. Very clean, great views. Breakfast had lots of choices but would have liked coffee machine in room and also wish they had more beds by the main pool.
Another issue was they never had clean pool towels during our first 3 days stay which simply isn’t good enough."
"The hotel was situated on the seafront which was a bonus. The hotel itself was very well maintained with really spacious rooms which were clean and equipped with all the necessary comforts. Lovely comfy bed. The addition of the sea view made this stay memorable. All the staff were so friendly and helpful. Definitely on my list for a return visit in the near future."
"We loved the location of this hotel on the beach. The pool and bar was great (although it closed at 7:30) lots of close-by restaurants, and the rooftop bar was cool. Drinks were expensive though. We had an emergency situation with our rental car and the front desk/concierge wouldn’t let us use their phone to call roadside assistance. The room wasn’t clean - there was an unknown brown substance on the headboard that we cleaned off."
"I'm over 80 and found the ordering of our stay difficult. On arrival I was told that the booking was not for the night but the following night so had to make another booking. I was told that Crisol Monasterio de San Miguel could not transfer the booking so I paid twice. I found your ordering system difficult to navigate and would be very grateful if you could refund me the booking that I could not use.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Kind regards
Ian Hazeel."
