Great breakfast. Nice gym, although it could use a little more TLC. Like having sanitary wipes available. The lobby, bar, and all public rooms are in a very chic contemporary style. Desk staff was helpful. Room amenities were fine, but in a high-end hotel, they could be nicer, like less paper and plastic and more china."

The location is unbeatable—right next to Santa Catalina Park and the port, and just a short walk to the beautiful Las Canteras beach. It’s also a great base if you're planning to head out and explore the island's National Parks and volcanic landscapes, as the main bus station is just a few minutes away. Don't forget to check out the rooftop pool for the best views of the city!"
