"This was the second time I've stayed at this hotel, (I travel for work) and the service here is fantastic. The staff are super helpful, the location feels safe to me and I often go out for takeaway nearby. I'll single out Khaled and Dina from the restaurant for making my stay a pleasure. I did have an issue with a cold shower on my final night, but I thoroughly enjoyed my stay overall. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Cairo! "

"I had a wonderful stay at Prime Residence. The location was just perfect. The studio was clean and had everything that one could require. The staff at the reception was very friendly and helpful. I was there to attend a conference at the American University in Cairo (AUC). I later found out some of my peers from the conference were also staying at Prime Residence. There was a nice rooftop terrace for us to sit and have a nice chat in the evenings. The Point90 mall was a 5 mins walk, which has great places to eat and shop. For transport Uber worked brilliantly. However I would recommend to download numbers in Arabic as the car number plates are in Arabic numbers and letters. Overall I had a great stay and loved how warm and friendly Egyptian people are."
