Initial room had a sewer smell and so after working with the front desk we were able to get a new room, but we did lose two hours of our stay. All the staff, amenities and location were amazing, hence the 4 stars.

Archer Hotel Napa
We absolutely love this hotel and can’t wait to come back. We come here at least once or twice a year as we love the location, clean rooms, friendly staff, amenities, etc. it has by far one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at!

The Meritage Resort and Spa
The hotel double charged for one of the rooms for a total of $382.49. There was confusion upon check in and they did not see the expedia confirmation number nor did they honor it. Now we have to dispute with the bank to resolve. Very unhappy!
