"Eclectic boutique hotel at back of village. Parking virtually impossible unless you incur wrath of local villagers. Hotel car park difficult to locate and a long walk from hotel. After being incorrectly escorted into a windowless basic room, we were correctly moved to the superior room we had booked, which was perfectly spacious, quiet and modern. "We really enjoyed our stay at Falasarna Bay. The rooms looked as advertised, very comfortable, and practical for beach goers. The hotel itself is only a 1-2 minute walk to Small/Baby beach and not too far from Big Beach. Our rooms had balcony's with an amazing view of the beach, which we spent quite a lot of time on when the weather was too cold to go in the water (note, we went before the season began, so some amnetites were not on offer to us like the convenience store or hotel restaurant). The staff were lovely, the beds super comfy, the rooms very spacious and a great shower! We went to a lovely restaurant that was just a 5 minute walk away called Galasia Thea (would recommend!). There was a small kitchenette and a washing line to dry our beach clothes on."

"The building itself is nice. I booked a room with a private jaccuzzi on the patio because my wife has muscle issues and we were walking alot. When we checked in the jacuzzi water temp was about 32c. I turned it up to 38c where ours is at home. We went out for an hour or so and looked forward to a warmer jacuzzi. It was 31c. I went to the desk and she came back with me. She made a call to the mgr. He said it was in eco mode and had her fix it. We had dinner and came back later with hopes of a warmer jacuzzi again. It was 30c. Went back to the desk and she called the mgr ,he said give it till the morning. Morning it was 29c. Went back to the desk. The manager was busy but would look at it. Went out for a little while and coming back the lady at the desk said after looking at it the manager said it was broken and they had to order a part which could take a week. I asked for some kind of a partial refund due to that and she called the mgr again. He was coming back in about 2 hours and would talk to me. Met him back at the room and he said it was working fine , and that 30c was normal . I asked about the part he ordered and he said that was just incase but it was not broken. All in all instead of treating my wife to a nice hotel with a private jaccuzzi it was a big let down for her."

"Lovely, boutique sized hotel. Good sized rooms & bathroom. Comfortable fairly private balcony. Breakfast has a variety of choice. There’s a bar and option to get snacks. Short walk to a lively town with lots of restaurants, bars & shops. Approximately 10 minute easy walk to sandy beaches. Have stayed here 5 times and certainly would book again."
