"Had to unfortunately cancel our accommodation due to a family matter, meaning we couldn't travel. Explained this to the hotel, but there was no consideration of this. In fact, they didn't even reply. Very disappointed at lack of communication/care."

"Insgesamt leider eine enttäuschende Erfahrung. Das Hotel wurde zwar renoviert und der Eingangsbereich wirkt modern und einladend, aber das Zimmer war bei meiner Ankunft nicht sauber.
