"Hotel des Grauen von Anfang bis Ende. Angekommen nach fast 6 Stunden Fahrt treffen wir auf eine verlassene Rezeption wo eine Telefonnummer hinterlegt war, die gar nicht funktioniert hat. Dann haben wir eine knappe Stunde gewartet bis wir Zimmer eins bekommen haben. Deluxe Suite. Fenstergriff kaputt eiskalt weil das Fenster offen war, die Heizungen funktionierten gar nicht. Von Deluxe nichts zu merken. Kleiner als ein Schuhkarton. Also Zimmer zwei bekommen eine reine Zeitreise. Staubfänger...

"Den Service, das Personal, mehr als sehr gut geht leider nicht !!!! . Unser Zimmer war Top, sehr ruhige Lage. Das Essen war sehr gut. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Viele Grüße an Nicole und Ihr Team. Lg aus Schleswig - Holstein "

"Sehr gemütlicher kleiner Hof mit sehr netten Gastgebern. Die Speisen werden frisch zubereitet und schmecken sehr lecker! Die Zimmer sind etwas spartanisch ausgestattet, aber meiner Meinung nach auch ausreichend für einen kürzeren Aufenthalt."

"A wonderful place to stay with super friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious as well. Parking for the most part is on the street, but the neighborhood is very safe. Anne was so nice and friendly, we loved her and will return one day soon! "

"The hotel is very conveniently situated in the heart off Uelzen. It is quite expensive depending on events in Uelzen town centre. "

"Great hotel, super breakfast, on Arriva the 3rd bed wasent available i out room, so the helpful receptionist quickly transferred is to a room with the 3rd bed and gave us complementary minibar. If i had to nidpick the the pool was a couple degrees colder than advertised"
