"We loved this apartment in Haro! It was close to everything we wanted to do and see. From the train station it’s about a 20 minute walk, with some uphills. Check-in was straight forward if you follow the preregistration guidelines. We stayed in a Limehouse just prior to Haro and love their setup, they think of everything. "A pesar de un primer encontronazo con el que respondía al teléfono, pues no quieren entender que según Normativa del TS, no es legal el almacenaje de fotografías del DNI, y encima querer tener la razón, la habitación es espectacular, superlimpia, acogedora, tiene de todo y todo cuidado al detalle, la cama, es muy comoda, sin duda es de las mejores estancias que he estado. "Driving into the hotel is difficult since is a Historic Area. The instructions I received in the Expedia Inbox were incorrect. You have to go Calle Sagasta 11 and turn right. You won't see the hotel sign going down that pedestrian street, so enter the hotel name right after you turn right so you know when to turn left to get to the lobby. Do no rent a large SUV as it won't fit in the carl elevator and maneuvering down there is close to impossible. Instructions given by the hotel staff were not that clear to arrive driving to the hotel other than the street name where you have to turn right. Other than getting there in rent car, the hotel is centric to all the bars in Laurel Street and rooms are very comfortable. The staff does not tell you you have to reserve way ahead of time to use the pool in the spa. So if you want to use it, rese4rve as soon as you check in "

"Loved every thing about the stay, the people were so attentive and kind and couldn’t do enough to assist. The bodega, the quality of the wine and the tapa .. so good. Breakfast was simple but excellent. The room was large and comfortable, my partner said it lacked a couple of aspects from a woman’s perspective, such as mirrors and lighting for makeup and there was no shelf for placing bathroom items. But these are small details and don’t detract from an overall excellent hotel."
