8.6/10 Excellent! (879 reviews)
I arrived to the property prior to check in times and informed them that I would be returning late so I wouldn’t be considered a no show. She said that was perfectly fine. They were 24 hours. When I arrive to check in. I stopped at the kiosk for 15 minutes with No assistant. I had to call the number, at least five times in order for them to respond, and even after I waited another 15 minutes until someone was able to help me on the kiosk. Aside from that. The property itself is great very clean and well-maintained.

8.4/10 Very good! (2,090 reviews)
While the overall experience was good, my specific room had either not the best quality inspection or someone had a fight with some furniture.
There were good size scratches in the walls, and there was a tile sticking up from the floor in the bathroom. Small issues that could be easily fixed.

"The room we were in needed redone. It was a motel 6 quality for a top price. I know it is a National Park entry but the outside was a bit of a lost leader."

9.2/10 Wonderful! (367 reviews)
"Surprisingly very good. Wasn't sure what to expect. All staff were very helpful and friendly. Chalet was modern, with a fridge, microwave, BBQ utensils and paper plates and cups. Just about all we needed. We were able to buy breakfast and they were happy to provide milk for our cups of tea! Good ..."
