"The cleanliness of the room, the open area, the kindness of the staff, the breakfast, the largeness of the rooms. Thank You, truly for your hospitality:) "
"I was booked into a closed down motel in Altus Oklahoma for the high school reunion weekend. When I arrived to check in at 3 pm the motel was boarded up. There were no available rooms in the town because of the reunion. My contact at Expedia assured me there would not be a charge on my Discover card. Next day I had a no show charge for a closed hotel which has not been removed. I will not recommend Expedia to anyone or use the service again. Dale McAskill. Please reply to this email."
