"Staff was amazing! The TV wouldn’t connect to the wifi and we got a whole new & better room because of it! Appreciate yall taking care of us so well <3 :)"
"Omg we love staying here for our dance comp! The bartender is an absolute gem! So happy to see her again for the 2nd year! She was short staffed but took such great care of us!"
"This hotel was perfect!! We were right next to a venue for a concert which we were able to walk to and was much better than expected! Staff was great and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. We will definitely be staying again!"
"This was a terrible experience. This hotel has broken doors and lots of water leaks in the building. There were dehumidifiers in the hallways on both floors, and our room also smelled like smoke(not just a little, almost overwhelming). There were stains on the sheets for the bedding and the toilet also did not work. Stay here at your own risk."
"So the man that checked us in was just dismissive, told him my name, he didn't say a word, just handed me our door keys and that was it. I said, what room # and how to I get to it, he replied, it's in there and that was it. So behind the keys was a small piece of paper that said it needed to be put in our our car window or we could be towed. Didn't even see that UNTIL we got to the room and took the cards out of the small holder, it was folded under them. So we then had to run back down to the car, which isn't a huge deal but it would have been very nice to know that when we were downstairs by the car and not up on the 8th floor. Also, the room while it was clean, was still pretty gross. there was a huge hard and sticky spot on the run next to the chair and there was dirt on the walls and less than a full roll of toilet paper . So overall it was ok for just a one night stay but certainly not perfect.
One highlight however was a maintenance man named Nikolas (I think) that we ran into 3 times that was just super nice and friendly. "
"The room was very clean. The biggest downfall was being awaken by the loud trains that travel pass. I didn't notice that it was by train tracks. So annoying. Also we were so tired and awaken by the fire alarms going off at 4/5am. So scary. "
