"Miserable rundown property with none of the amenities offered. Unusable wifi. No front desk ever. No café, bar, deli, reception, newspapers, safe, luggage storage, tour guidance, daily room cleaning. The one day they cleaned the room, we returned to find the door ajar for hours. Complimentary bottled water means 1 for your duration unless you complain. They claim to have a restaurant but it’s actually a rundown pizza kiosk that you have to exit the hotel to access. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We especially enjoyed having access to amenities at the other nearby Torarica hotels.
