"(note: this is my Yelp Review as well) Wow, love this hotel. It's an older hotel, completely renovated though. The shower fixture was a lil flimsy? AC was a little hard to balance, woke up the first morning and it was freezing in my room! That's it for the "bad" stuff, no joke. The lavatory faucet was very stout and stylish. The bathroom and sleeping area was super clean. Towels were amazing. The bed wasn't too soft, had a nice balance. (i normally hate hotel beds) Bar was very cool. Didn't try the restaurant but had a nice menu. TV good. Has a room safe and refrigerator. Super clean halls, elevator, main floor. Great decor. Very smartly designed. Overall, the vibe of this hotel was ultra cool. Laid back, but with a groovy couture! Very modern south to me. The price and location can not be beat. 7 minutes from University of Arkansas driving. 2 minutes from the main bar/restaurant district. The Theater is right around the corner. Very reasonable price. Finally, the staff was so amazing. From the door person, to the folks behind the front desk. i was in/out for 3 days, every one was smiling and friendly and super helpful. Overall, this isn't a brand new, super elegant hotel. The Graduate is a very well done, elevated hotel experience with an awesome staff and great location. Highly recommend. 6-Stars."

"The customer service was good, the bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. The breakfast was awful, the hot tub was dirty and small and the room was very outdated and not the cleanest. "

"Staff was rude both on check in and at check out. It’s been awhile since I would say that about any hotel staff for 1 interaction much less 2. Also I don’t think the AC worked as it was set. Breakfast was at the bottom for what I have experienced. "

"The outside of the place looks awful with the window screens all cut up and the ac units bent up. The room was awful. The arm chair had a huge stain and the fabric was shredded up. The floor was sticky. It was just a very run down property. They shouldn’t be able to show pictures like they do bc the pictures aren’t correct. The hotel is non smoking but literally next to the lobby door there were people sitting outside smoking. So if you want a non smoking place, don’t go here. The property as a whole looked in poor shape and the area wasn’t good. "

"My stay was great, staff were courteous and friendly. I appreciate the late check out when I needed. I came in town for a church function so I busy and didnt get to enjoy all the accommodations hotel offers. However, the experience was great and I would recommend this place and will stay here next time I'm in Fayetteville. Thank you to the staffs! All of them were great and accommodating. "
