"What started off rocky was able to be smoothed out. Initially, my Hotels VIP status was not recognized by the hotel due to miscommunication however Brittany (Front Desk) went out of her way to correct the wrong even though it was not her fault. I really appreciated her sincere effort and because of that, I would recommend Hotel Polaris. Great location, great hotel, clean, safe and overall beautiful stay in Colorado Springs. "

"Other than trying to find a direct route to the hotel it was very nice stay. The cost should be more reasonable being next to E470. We had a family wedding & we paid the rate. The desk did allow us to an early check in for $30. Thank you!"
