I had a great staff. Was a little confused on finding the lobby. Fyi go to first floor or if you park in the garage go to top floor. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Rooms were very nice

Room was dusty but everything else was wonderful. Enjoyed the casino and the food at the grill. Stayed here for Louder than life and was definitely great for staying out of Louisville before and after. Check in and check out was easy, parking for hotel was convenient and seperate from casino. We got the smoking room, yes the whole floor smelled like smoke but it's the room we chose. Definitely recommend this hotel.

The room was clean. The bathroom towels seemed overused and threadbare. The carpet was dingy. All the staff were really nice. Gordon Ramsey Steak is fantastic. It has been the reason for our last two stays here. The hotel is okay.

The hotel was great ! There was a lot of walking tho. The smoke in the casino was pretty bad but there was a non-smoking section. The food was good and breakfast was served next to the hotel check I till 12. They have people movers that help with walking.

Fabulous hotel a little bit on the outskirts of the town of Louisville but a short Uber ride away. Casino was full of action nicely laid out. Poker room was a little dead, but that is no fault of the Casino. I found it a bit chilly. Food offerings were good I highly recommend the pizza and pho was excellent. Scott at The front end desk was the most professional polite person I’ve ever dealt with when checking in/asking questions etc anywhere I’ve been all over the world. He is a true professional, he should be highly paid and praised for his ability to connect with each and every customer. In my opinion I felt like I was talking to the manager of the hotel. Do not lose this employee he serves your hotel like he owes it. 10 stars for Scott without a doubt

“Had a great stay at Caesars Southern Indiana. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly and professional, and the casino offered plenty of gaming options. The swimming pool was clean, relaxing, and well-maintained, making it a great place to unwind. The restaurants provided good food and service, and the overall atmosphere was enjoyable. We stayed 2 nights while we were attending National Farm Machinery Show in Louisville-we were apprehensive at first since we had our 3 kids with us, however the hotel was perfect and our kids had a great time in the pool. My husband and I would love to come back again for an adult trip to utilize the casino and other amenities.

We had an amazing time. We visited the casino 2 night of our stay. We had the best time ever. Didn't make it to the pool it was closed for the night we were headed but it was right at 10 p.m.. parking was good. Room was good and clean.

Very nice quiet Caesars property. Right on the river. Great parking garages. I travel with a service dog and they have a great dog walking station alone with a walking exercise trail on the property. Casino very clean and good choices.
