The brick facade on this building is crumbling, the driveway has potholes and the luggage cart is falling apart. However, the staff was great, the breakfast was wonderful, the room clean. I would stay there again.

First was giant potholes in the entrance to the Hotel. Air/Heating dials were broken on the unit, and they had a thermostat on the wall that had no covering. Could not tell what the temperature was. Room was clean. Pool was like ice, hot tube jets were not in working order, cracked windows in the pool room, paint chipped off windows, rust all over and hot tub look dirty in the bottom. Staff was very nice. I left early in the morning, and you could see the potholes where wet. Outside building had a lot of issues. Working on repairing the building in the middle and could not use that entrance. Will not stay at this location next time.

While the Bed was comfortable the facility is in need of refurbishment. The carpet was clean but worn. The heating system could not be controlled by the wall thermostat and the temperature controls on the unit could not be adjusted so had to operate manually. There are better places for the cost of on nights stay here. We like the brand but were disappointed in this property. The staff however were wonderful.

The staff was very friendly but the hotel is falling apart….literally. Bricks are missing outside and the outside walls are deteriorating. Our key card would work on the outside door near our room. There was gum stuck to the floor of our room and sticky spots on the nightstand so the cleaning standards are poor. We will find another hotel to stay in on our next visit.

They require locals to pay $150 CASH DEPOSIT in addition to leaving a credit card on file. The pool was clean however the hot tub area had multiple cigarette butts and there was ash everywhere. There is no gym or steam room and the sauna is out of order. PROS: The stay was affordable otherwise. There were clean towels available at the pool, the room was clean, and the staff was informative and helpful.

Nice clean facility and rooms. Safe area, was able to leave skis on top of car and stuff in car overnight. Heater in the room a bit noisy but typical.

My room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good - included eggs and potatoes! The property could use some updating. And there was a persistent hum in my room from machinery in the roof or elsewhere.

I’m not usually one to complain but we will not stay here again. Half of our room shook horribly due to venting or heating ducts. I mean SHOOK the bed and furniture. I’m shocked they could rent this room. It was so difficult to sleep. Also in the morning my kids and I went down for breakfast at 8:45 (closed at 9) and they had already took down all the food and the front lobby lady just said “sorry”. They took it down early because no one was coming. Also the hotel is very run down - cracked tiles, windows, carpet stains. Very disappointed!

Called ahead to verify that the hot tub was working and they said it was. I got here and it wasn't less than 1 hour and 1/2 after I called to verify it. A hotel with a hot tub costs about $30 more than one without.

Good stopover
Room was clean, beds comfortable. Dawn at checkin was great and very helpful. The room felt a bit tired but it was clean. Very acceptable. Big pothole in driveway , we went in it because there were no lights at the entrance. Management said they were on a list for those repairs….
