The person that checked us in was not helpful at all. However, the staff at breakfast was amazing and the food was really good too. The room was the best one that we stayed in over the last 12 days. Set up really well, clean, comfortable, and had everything that we needed. Parking was easy and safe.

This is the best hotel in Wells! We stayed at a different hotel last time (no names!) and were really disappointed. This hotel is a solid four star experience - nice room, helpful staff, nice breakfast and a large parking lot. Conveniently located adjacent to Love's Travel Stop.

If you're unfortunate enough to need to stay in Wells, this is the best place. Very clean , very well managed and maintained. And the kids agreed unanimously, best hotel breakfast, they wanted me to make special mention these are the best hotel waffles they've ever had.
