The pool and hot tub have been out of service now for over a year. I had to borrow a screwdriver from the front desk to fix my shower control knob. Bathroom floor and floor between the beds was just nasty. No breakfast opportunity beyond a gas station. No longer clean and convenient for when I am home visiting family. I'll stay in another hotel from now on.

What you see in the pictures isn’t what you get
The check-in went well, however the room didn’t have a refrigerator but had a spot for it (it was empty), there was no shampoo, conditioner or tissue (tissue box was empty). Its a nonsmoking room but smelled like smoke. The coffee area sink didn’t work. I called the front desk several times, but they did not answer. Disappointing for their price’s. I mentioned it to the gal when I checked out but didn’t seem promising they’ll fix anything.

Place was okay for a quick night stay that wasn’t too expensive. We had 2 adults and 3 kids. Checked in and got to our room. Two queens, that was it. Went and asked about it and they said whoever made the reservation didn’t specify we needed a pull out couch. She wasn’t very helpful. I said we put 5 people, you should only assign a room that accommodates 5 people. Only after we asked what she could do for us did she say she could give us a roll away bed. Luckily it was for a four year old because that thing was super bouncy and uncomfortable. They only left us 3 towels as well. 5 people, 3 towels, and 2 queens. Wasn’t impressed. Wouldn't stay here again. Next time I’ll pay more money for better accommodations.

For listing of rooms, the only styles that accompany a sofa bed would be suites that include sofa beds, and our staff assigns rooms based on the information accompanying the room types to our guests. We understand your frustration with multiple people accompanying you and would like to assist you to the best of our ability, on your future visits here. The hotel was dirty and very aged. Its feels like this place is stuck in the early 90s. i wouldnt stay here again i know that for sure.

For a sold out night, the check in was a breeze. Got into our room when we arrived at 1:00. I really enjoyed that we could get in. Very friendly staff.

Superb Staff!
Every staff member was VERY kind and accommodating. We were only there for a day, but they treated us like family. It isn't a fancy place, but it was a good bed for the night with a convenient mini kitchen which was perfect for our needs.

Very nice place to stay.
Very nice stay. Friendly check in and check out. The room was nice and clean. Having 4 pillows on a king bed was a plus.

Working to improve the property shouldn't be the standard response to comments....this hotel reflects what happens when you don't hire a maintenance man. The carpets are clean but desperately need repair. Many small repairs are required in the room; window drapes need to work, bathroom requires caulk in several places, toilet runs, etc. Spa was broken, business center doesn't work, no coffee in room, several lights outside the hotel had broken glass or simple didn't work. Room card worked the first day and not the second, there seems to be a group of strange folks that are staying there full time in the southwest corner of the hotel. Fresh paint and carpet would do wonders...room wasn't cleaned after our first night and discussed this with the front desk and they stated that I needed to let them know the night before that cleaning was required. Decided to stay at the Townplace by Marriott for the rest of the week, for $40 more per night, breakfast was included, and their room was new and everything worked, also in the same general area of Elko so it's worth every dollar. It's not all bad, room is quiet and located in a shopping complex so that's convenient. Microwave and refrigerator were handy, however the mattresses need to be replaced as both had deep impressions from others sleeping in them..not a deal breaker but never experienced that in a hotel before.

Wonderful place, could be a little cleaner
Room was wonderful, had everything we would need if we were staying more than one night! Only issue was there were a couple of hairs still in the shower that didn’t belong to us. Otherwise, nice, big, comfortable and convenient.

Clerk at front desk was very nice and helpful. Room was fairly clean. Beds were cleanand comfortable. However faucet in bathroom only went to hot plus it was backwards(hot was to the right) Only had one bath towel. Think rooms should be thoroughly checked before use.
