Very good for the price. Smaller but comfortable room. Clean room except someone had smoked in it. They definitely tried to clean the smell as it was faint but I have sensitive lungs. Quiet area. Safe area.

Stay was good but cleanliness was a little issue this time. The bed had food on it and bathroom was not clean. Little usually as this wasn’t my first time and I had high expectations. Always good to know that worker trucks stay and go early in the morning. I usually use them as my alarm.

Main thing was to have a safe parking spot for my car since I was moving and had a lot of stuff in there. People that work at the mines stay here with all their equipment on their trucks. Nothing gets stolen! Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Small continental breakfast, very quiet and clean. We did have one bed that looks like the sheet was not changed but there was plenty of top blankets to cover it and still sleep. Bathroom sink also sometimes was not draining well. I think all pipes might be connected so if someone else was running water it would slow. Also water pressure from the shower is super strong which was amazing!! I will definitely stay here again if I’m the area.

The staff here was excellent! We were treated like our business was desired and appreciated. Of the four places we stayed during our trip, these folks were heads above everyone else in terms of friendliness, thoughtfulness, and helpfulness. While not a five star property, our oom was clean and basic and exactly what we were looking for on our trip.

May not look like the Ritz from the outside but the rooms are immaculate, the staff friendly, the beds are comfy. NO MOLD IN THE BATHROOMS!!!! Perfect place to stay!!

Sorry it was not possible that there is no water in shower its not just turn fossette its pull out and turn you should have called front desk and some would have guide you and after check inn you stop at the front desk saying every thing was ok.sorry for the incoviency.

You get what you pay for
It is a cheap clean comfortable room in the middle of Elko. The only complaint is parking sucks for pickup trucks. But was pleasantly surprised by the quality of bed and pillows and cleanliness!

This is a basic motel, & for that category was pretty nice. They've obviously put a lot of work into renovations & mostly did a nice job. Some thoughtful touches like curved shower curtain rod to make it feel more spacious, attractive bathroom tile & fixtures. I don't understand why so many people commented on a comfy bed - maybe some have been replaced & not others, but mine was a standard old-style innerspring mattress with no comfy pillow top or anything. It wasn't horrible but also wasn't especially comfy. Missed the mark on some things - baseboard molding wasn't properly installed or painted, so looked dirty when I think it was just poor coverage. I will stay the person who checked me in was exceptionally nice & friendly. It was also very quiet despite being on the main street of town (we had an "inside" room with windows on the back side of the property). Overall I think it was a great value for the price.

Just passing through
Owners were very nice, check in was simple. Parking lot was small. Room was small but plenty of room for the 2 of us. Room and bathroom were very clean, bed was comfy.

Bathroom had sink reoved and put into closet space. Bathroom needs a counter or hooks to place clothes so they arent on the floor. Shower head wasn't adjustable and I'm 5 ft tall, it was so low it sprayed my face. Remodelled whole bathroom and didnt do the extra step to raise and extend the shower head.

Staff courteous, helpful. We needed to park a horse trailer and there really wasn't room and he helped us find room in the parking lot. Breakfast is basic but I'd still stay anytime!

The receptionist/owner was very helpful, personable and friendly. He provided unsolicited but welcome information on dining and shopping. The day on our arrival was hot and during check in he handed us two cold bottles of water. The room was clean and had all necessary amenities. It was remarkable how quiet it was, even though the property lies along a main road through Elko. If we ever travel through Elko again and need accommodations we’ll stay here again.
