"The staff were outstanding and made us feel very welcome. Our room was spotless, spacious and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The pool was well maintained and the large pool table was entertaining. The covered parking outside our room was excellent. Our meals in the restaurant were delicious and delivered by courteous, thoughtful staff. We only stayed here because Toowoomba was booked out but it was so good, we will definitely be back. "

"We stayed in the "Princess" room at the Criterion which has its own bathroom. It is an old hotel but the room has been refurbished and is great value for money. Very spacious and lots of old world charm. There is a pub downstairs so a bit of noise from that but convenient for dinner. We stayed during the week so wasn't that noisy."

"Waterfall shower head was great & big soft fluffy towels. Comfortable king bed with soft sheets & good pillows. Clean & organised studio room. Didn’t see any staff & area was private & quiet. IGA & dining all in walking distance."
