"Lovely historic building with very comfortable accommodation set in a quiet and picturesque location. The hosts are excellent as is the breakfast.
Plenty of secure car parking on the site.

"Comfortable, clean hotel with great staff except the parking attendant who, on our arrival as I was unloading our cases from the car, told me I could not park in front of the hotel and must move it to the car park several metres away, which I intended to do once checked in (code is required fro reception top enter it). His aggressive nature was a poor welcome to the hotel but fortunately was in direct contrast to the very helpful and welcoming reception staff."
"Check in closes very early, and we had not been able to access our messages. The hotel made arrangements so we could access our rooms.
Important to note there is nowhere to eat nearby."
"Lovely spacious loft room with exposed beams. Separate bathroom and toilet. Sofa in the room plus a table and chairs. The bed was comfy but really would have been better with two more pillows, the ones on the bed were quite thin.
The owner was so helpful and welcoming. There was a downstairs kitchen and dining area full of memorabilia including some motorcycling which I was interested in. We travelled by motorcycle. There was plenty of parking next to the building and a lovely garden area.
It is a rural location so you will need to travel 20 mins to reach shops and restaurants. Very quite though so you can get a good night's sleep"
"A very quiet and peaceful location, some distance away from town. Pascalle was very welcoming and interesting to talk to. The room was large and comfortable but the bed is very low to the ground. The shower was excellent and the breakfasts were typical French petit dejeuner, but all organic and super quality.
A selection of different Ayurvedic massages were available but we didn't take any on this occasion. The owner also has a couple of donkeys which looked very well cared for.
We would definitely recommend mend this place."
"Cecile was so welcoming, helpful and gracious during our two night stay..the dinner was sublime as was the breakfast.
A little gem not to be forgotten."
"We had a wonderful stay. The house is beautifully done up and our host’s hospitality was exceptional. Delicious meal for dinner - it was the perfect final night for our holiday."
"A really friendly hotel and a touch more comfortable than the other ones I've stayed in Forges Les Eaux. Friendly staff and a big room with views over the gardens to the back of the property "
