"I was assigned a corner room where two nearby doors are very close together. We could hear doors opening and closing throughout the night, which was quite noisy. In the morning, the housekeeping staff also shut doors loudly. Overall, I’m pretty disappointed with my stay here. And for luggage storage, they charge $4 per item regardless of size…"

"This is a nice hotel and perfect if visiting New York. It’s very close to the subway which gets you to all the main tourist spots within 30 mins. The staff are helpful, although they don’t engage in much conversation! I found the breakfast to be very basic but enough to justify the cost. Overall I enjoyed my stay and was perfect for my needs. "

"The room was in beyond horrible condition. The arm chair which was vinyl has ripped and missing pieces and looked like someone had found it on the side of a road. The tables were completely damaged and the air conditioning didn’t work. I would never stay there again"

"Great A/C, spacious bathroom, cheap, helpful cleaning staff. Overall a good experience at the hotel. Not the most convenient location but for the price it’s hard to beat."
