"The hotel is dismal, unsafe, dirty. There is no lobby- codes for doors are only provided when you call, which they want you to do 24 hours in advance (information they give you after booking) instead of being provided the door codes immediately upon finalising reservation. The passwords, according to someone who seemed to have lived there, also change without warning. We observed two other couples who were trying to reach customer service and stranded out of their rooms. The text message we received did not include a password to open the main entrance door, we only got in thanks to luck from a stranger who let us in. The rooms smell of cigarettes, the towels and sheets are dirty, and while the customer service on the phone was eventually picked up and polite-ish, it was rushed. They refused to give me the codes for the doors on the phone, saying it will be texted in 5 minutes. The codes came 20 minutes later, and missing the crucial code for building entry.
The rooms (we reserved 3): the rooms often miss light bulbs. The curtains do not close all the way and are see-through, leaving you exposed to street level and vulnerable especially for women. Facilities were working, heat worked, etc. but sheets and towels had noticeable stains. Lighting is horrible. Wallpaper is peeling off of the walls.
Whoever owns this establishment should be ashamed for not taking better care of it not only for customers but for the dignity of the people who are living there. Would not recommend."
