For that price perfect. Breakfast is more a refresh then a breakfast. But it would be unfair to claim on that. Staff really nice. We, bad expieriences on Long Island, their prices are outrageous.

The room we stayed in was very clean and deck and stairs were newly done. We asked for towels and within the hr they arrived, we had stepped out. Major shopping was right next-door. Alot of people seem to live at the hotel. It was quite. Much better than I expected for the rate.

I've stayed at this property a few times over the past couple of.years. It's a very reasonably priced location that is close to the many beautiful lakes, wineries and waterfalls in the Finger Lakes, NY. It's an older motel but it is very clean. It has a very nice outdoor pool. The staff are very courteous, friendly and helpfull.

This indeed was very good value for the price. All staff were very friendly and service oriented. There was a clean (small) pool, which was good for cooling off the kids. The rooms were spacious and very clean. I wouldn’t hesitate to book again next time we pass.
