"I have a disability--trouble with walking. Alyssa, a front desk staff person, was a big help in getting some specific things I needed.
Alyssa also helped my niece, whose family were Radisson guests on the second night that my husband and I stayed at your hotel. My niece, Joy Koutsourelis, checked into the hotel with her 4 small children. (Joy's husband checked into the hotel several hours later.) But Alyssa was also a big help in getting several things that Joy needed for her children. In short, Alyssa went out of her way to help us.
