"Navigation in Greensboro was confusing and the location on Westover Terrace when Wendover is so nearby was confounding. That's not their fault, but it was a problem for us. Spare breakfast offering. Only espresso machine in room. No complaints. Restful stay near relatives' house and church."
"The staff were so great. They nice and seemed to genuinely care about the people staying with them. I did not encounter one staff member that was even lukewarm they ALL were great. Even in the middle of they when all you needed was a simple change for a dollar to do your laundry. Speaking of ...the laundry room on my floor the 5th was very clean, not even a cobweb in a ceiling corner. My only critique is the outside little on the side of the building designated for smokers and employee entrance it look like, has some spider webs and spiders. Perhaps a leaf blower once a week or even every 3 or 4 days could easily remedied that. Honestly the place was impeccably clean. The breakfast was fantastic and a great variety of things to choose from. And the evening managers special snacks great addition."
