"Stunning property and staff all amazing. Very hilly so need to be fit to get around or have a car. Suites lovely, breakfast plentiful and tasty. Beach club about 10 mins away in complimentary shuttle bus. It’s quite far from Elounda town so we drove in each night. Would be great if hotel had a shuttle bus to take you there. Everything was fabulous and definitely good value for money"

Enorme Santanna Island - Premium All Inclusive

"Had an excellent stay at the hotel. Very clean and modern. Food is excellent with a great range of choice every day and the drinks selection is great, including a good selection of wines within the all inclusive package. We spent our time at the top pool which we found very relaxed and the lunch menu was brilliant (excellent gyros) but there are 4 pools which all offer something slightly different and we were very relieved to see that sunbed hogging wasn’t an issue at this hotel with sunbeds available well into the day. The Aperol bar, daytime crepe stand and the beanbags on the shore for sunset were all great touches. If you are looking for a relaxing hotel to remain at for your stay this is perfect. Some things to note: We visited Taverna Amelia in the nearby town which was lovely (we highly recommend) but there are limited options for food if you did want to venture out of the hotel unless you hire a car, although there are some great little supermarkets. And the fitness facilities aren’t great if that’s important to you. We stayed in a basic room which was great for us, the waterfall shower was lovely and the room was cleaned daily. The rooms with private pools looked excellent for young families or for some extra privacy. Overall we would highly recommend. We read some negative reviews which worried us ahead of staying but a lot of the negative comments are completely untrue!"

Elounda Breeze Resort - All Inclusive

"Generally a positive review especially the staff who were excellent. Family friendly with food surprisingly good for an all inclusive, a notch down from restaurant quality but good value for the overall price. Facilities otherwise excellent which are clearly geared for children with the exception of the ‘quiet pool’ (one of four pools). Negatives as follows: Bar area poor, no adult vibe whatsoever with simple tables and hard chairs located next to the children’s play area which tends to be noisy with kids running around unattended. Poor shower water pressure in otherwise well appointed rooms. Location of resort is isolated, long walk to Elounda (40mins) not suitable for those with mobility issues. Taxis are expensive, 14 Euros each way (max 4 persons) without an expected tip. Buses run from town square to the nearest stop (Shell garage) with a long walk (10 - 15mins) along an inclined road. Finally the resort is situated on a steep hill, the restaurant being at the top which is quite a trek for some if your unlucky enough not to hail one of the two complimentary golf carts which are sometimes available. All things considered I would go again if children were included in the party."

"Wonderful boutique resort with fantastic food. Staff were very friendly and personal. We especially appreciated Manos at reception. He provided detailed and accurate travel suggestions for Eastern Crete. Great source of knowledge for visiting remote areas including beaches, monasteries, local restaurants, and small villages. We loved all of the restaurants especially the garden restaurant experience. Thank you!"

"We had a lovely relaxing stay for a week at Enorme. It was clean and the service was great. Some points to note - it is relatively remote, a 30 minute walk to the local town which isn’t the most exciting. You can also drive 5 mins to Plaka which has much nicer restaurants and you can get the boat to Spinalonga. However this is small and there isn’t a huge amount going on so would say it’s more of a resort and lay by the pool kind of holiday place unless you have a car and can go different places to explore."

"Beautiful complex Stunning views Staff were friendly and attentive Holiday with my son. This is primarily a couples resort. Be aware of steep steps to the beach, beach bar and one of the à la carte restaurant's. Complimentary mini bus to elounda. Not really walking distance to leave the resort and explore on your own. Would return and hire a car next time."
