"The first room I was assigned had a smell of cigarette smoke although it was very clean. Mary, the manager at the desk, reassigned me a very nice room & was very apologetic. I have no doubt she followed up & made sure the no smoking policy was followed by all guests. She was very accommodating."

"Overall clean and nice. But Kleenex dispenser was empty. No spare toilet paper and the roll was almost out. Soap dispenser was empty. Few towels were there, only one washcloth and one hand towel."
